Practice Genuine Guest Service to all internal and external guests.
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.

Clean all glassware and keep bar area clean.
Rotate stock under FIFO.
Maximize sale of food items being offered by F&B department while distributing alcoholic beverages.
Check all draught beers to ensure there all in correct working order.
Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking.
Plan, organize, and control the operations of bar area.
Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
Create drink recipes.
Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
Serve wine and beer to patrons.
Prepare garnishments in bar area.
Performs other duties are required.
