Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the performance of the bellmen / valet to meet department and property business objectives.
Coaches and manages Team Members to consistently deliver four diamond service to our guest.
Responsible for scheduling, training and any coaching or disciplinary matters in relation to company and department policies.
Assumes the responsibility for the accurate completion of all shift work in accordance with Monarch standards.
Resolves guest complaints and ensures guest satisfaction.
Completes reports and projects as assigned by direct report.
Works with the team to ensure that we are claim free.
Works on ensuring that all company vehicles are maintained.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
At least 2 years Bell / Valet experience at a fast-paced, high-occupancy resort, and 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
Computer proficient.
Ability to read and analyze reports and vendor bid sheets.
Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License with a clean driving record.
