00 per hour plus tips Essential Functions Continual active patrol of assigned area; ensures all company property is patrolled to provide for overall asset protection, underage persons and optimum guest and team member assistance and safety.
Perform garage and perimeter patrols.
Writes detailed reports regarding incidents of theft, injury, property damage or other matters affecting Saratoga Black Hawk guests.
Approach and evaluate suspected intoxicated/impaired patrons.
Completes pit fills/credits.
Completes kiosk fills.
Completes table drop.
Escorts large jackpots.
Assists in slot drops.
Stands guard over the premises to prevent theft, violence or infractions of the rules, to direct guests or team members and to answer questions.
Patrols assigned areas to watch for suspicious persons and activities.
Reports irregular activities or apprehends or expels violators according to policy.
Assists in enforcing all city, county and state and federal laws and/or ordinances where applicable.
Ensures effective and professional interface with all public services officials and any representative from other casinos.
Assists guest and team members in the completion of incident/accident report.
Ensures all support duties and responsibilities to all department are carries out in an efficient and timely manner and that immediate action is taken on any situation which might be illegal, life-threatening, or otherwise extraordinary.
Learns Company Emergency Evacuation Procedures efficiently handle fires, evacuations, robbery attempts, bomb threats, etc.
in a professional and calm manner that will not panic guest or team members.
Identify all possible safety hazards and remove those hazards in an expedient manner.
Identify excluded patrons.
Assist other departments as needed (snow removal).
Marginal Functions Performs CPR/medical assistance.
Uses fire extinguisher.
Receives and logs lost and found items.
Escort guest and team members to their vehicles.
Performs AED (Automatic External Defibrillator).
Mandatory Requirements Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Basic mathematical skills.
Work efficiently in high pressure situations.
Possess sound, mature judgement Possess organizational/planning skills Non-Mandatory Requirements AED and CPR certification Medical training Decision-making skills Fire-extinguishing training Have a thorough knowledge of the Company Emergency Evacuation Procedures to efficiently handle fires, evacuations, robbery attempts, bomb threats, etc.
